Join our Industrial Air Filtration design team and help deliver fast, accurate, and innovative technical solutions for customers across EMEA. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, sales, and the project design team to bring smart product designs to life while supporting continuous improvements and automation.

Role Responsibilities
- Create and update 3D models and drawings for standard, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and aftermarket industrial air filtration products using SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools.
- Deliver fast concept designs for Sales and the project design team, using modular building blocks to support the quotation phase.
- Communicate product concepts clearly through drawings and design documentation.
- Support product engineering on improvements to existing and new products, including transfer of designs to new manufacturing locations.
- Contribute to workflow automation, CAD method improvements, and KPI-driven performance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external CAD resources, sharing knowledge and offering flexible support when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, Creo, Inventor, Catia).
- Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Motivated, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Sheet Metal Design, NX, Solid Edge, DriveWorks, or VBA.
- Knowledge of Dutch.
