As a Team Leader Life Insurance your responsibilities are:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team (7 people) of insurance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of life insurance policies and related documentation.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex cases effectively.
- Generate reports and share insights with senior management to support decision-making.
