We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a major operational systems project within the rail sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders, Product Owners and Agile development teams.
- Analyse data integrations, API flows and data migration activities.
- Develop test cases, validate solutions and support defect resolution.
- Review and optimise business processes, maintaining documentation in Confluence and process modelling tools.
- Support implementation, operational readiness and project risk management.
What we’re looking for:
- 5–7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Mandatory experience in rail operations and management processes.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, APIs, data migration and technical testing.
- Experience with Confluence and ideally Bizzdesign.
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
Location: Brussels – hybrid, minimum 2 days onsite per week
Start: Within 15 days of award
Duration: Until 31 December 2026, with a potential one-year extension
Commitment: Full-time contract
