- As a process and system specialist, you are responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, testing, documentation, and implementation of IT solutions within SAP Operations (MM, PP, and WM modules).
- You work entirely within Agile guidelines: you analyze business needs, build user stories together with the Service Owner, Scrum Master, or project manager, and ensure smooth delivery within the agreed sprints.
- You prepare detailed functional and technical specifications (both as-is and to-be) and work with integration teams for data integrations.
- Additionally, you provide timely 3rd-tier support, train and mentor regional business system 'super users', and lead monthly meetings to communicate system changes smoothly.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or have gained equivalent work experience.
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
- You have strong technical knowledge of SAP Operations (MM, PP, and WM), Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
- You combine strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You can effortlessly shift gears and influence globally dispersed teams without formal
authority. - Thorough knowledge of English is crucial; active knowledge of Dutch, French, and/or German is a great plus.
- Given the global nature of the role, you are flexible with working hours (collaborating across different time zones) and are open to occasional travel.
