Program Overview
Swift's Graduate Programme is a structured 18‑month journey that builds future talent and enables graduates to work on real projects from day one. As an IT graduate you will help build and support the systems that power global financial services, gaining exposure to enterprise‑scale environments and cutting‑edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software and engineering projects.
- Contribute to cloud, infrastructure and platform environments.
- Participate in digital innovation and emerging technologies initiatives.
- Work in a high‑impact, high‑availability environment where reliability, scalability and security are critical.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Curiosity, learning agility and initiative.
- Ownership and accountability.
- Effective collaboration in diverse, international teams.
- Integrity and sound judgement.
- University degree in IT (expected completion before programme start).
- Up to one year of professional work experience is welcomed.
- Fluency in English.
Location
Graduate roles are based at our headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium.
Benefits
Competitive yearly salary of €56,000 (including 13th month and holiday allowance). Pension and insurance contributions are paid by Swift. Staff are based at our headquarters and have access to on‑site facilities such as a sports centre and an outdoor swimming pool. The total rewards approach supports wellbeing and long‑term growth.
