We're looking for a Product Owner to guide functional changes from user needs through business validation and adoption across one or more projects. You'll connect users and development teams, preparing backlog priorities and recommendations while strategic choices, major functional decisions and key business rules remain subject to formal approval.
What you'll do
- Gather user needs and model improvements to business processes.
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Maintain the backlog and propose priorities for approval.
- Coordinate business reviews of functional analyses and mock-ups.
- Organise business testing and verify fixes for reported defects.
- Support adoption through demonstrations, guidance and feedback after release.
What you bring
- Agile delivery and business process modelling with BPMN.
- Data Management, Design Thinking and UX Design & Research.
- Native French.
- Ability to clarify business rules, exceptions and unresolved questions before development.
- Ability to assess options and impacts for decisions requiring approval.
- Functional progress tracking, including risks, dependencies, actions, owners and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain business documentation covering rules, processes and reference scenarios.
- Ability to define simple indicators with users and assess usage and benefits.
- Clear communication with stakeholders to resolve questions and follow up commitments.
