Senior Business Analyst – Asset ManagementWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support technology initiatives within a capital markets and asset management environment. The role involves gathering requirements, supporting solution delivery, and ensuring business needs are effectively translated into technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
- Support the implementation of technology solutions and required changes.
- Analyze business processes, drivers, and technology needs.
- Resolve functional questions and issues throughout development.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support quality activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in Capital Markets and Asset Management.
- In-depth understanding of capital markets processes and business drivers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with both business and technology teams.
