What We’re Looking For
- Backend Software Engineer
- Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering.
- Passion for solving complex technical challenges and designing scalable software solutions. Understand technical tradeoffs and make pragmatic decisions.
- Experience building AI‑driven applications (e.g. prompt engineering and/or fine‑tuning experience are a plus).
- Growth mindset – eager to learn, experiment, and expand your knowledge.
What You’ll Do
- Focused on back‑end development of our recruitment platform, working mainly with Typescript and Node.js.
- Work on core product features and backend code improvements, ensuring all systems can support the growth of our customer base.
- Take part in product refinement, brainstorming, prioritization sessions and impact both WHAT and HOW we build.
- Work in a supportive, open, and fast‑moving environment where you can learn and grow quickly.
