Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for individual customers at the branch and via phone/email
• You provide personalized advice on banking and insurance products (day-to-day banking, savings, loans, insurance, etc.)
• You build lasting customer relationships and proactively identify business opportunities
• You assist customers with administrative tasks and ensure that files are processed smoothly
• You actively monitor existing client portfolios and ensure proper follow-up
• You contribute to a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the local branch
• You work closely with colleagues to achieve the branch’s commercial and quality objectives

Qualifications

• You hold at least a bachelor’s degree and combine this with a strong professional attitude
• Above all, you are someone who wants to work, learn, and advance within the financial sector
• You have a strong commercial mindset and know how to translate customer needs into appropriate solutions
• You live in the immediate vicinity of Schoten and can easily be deployed at a local office (max. ±15-minute commute)
• Initial experience in the banking sector is important and represents a clear advantage
• You are flexible and willing to support the team through telephone customer interactions
