At Nunsys Group, we are expanding our team and are looking for an AV/IT Maintenance Technician (on-site) to join us in Brussels.
Our journey began in 2007 with a clear goal: to become Spain’s leading technology company. We are passionate about digital transformation and offer a broad portfolio of technological solutions. This enables us to tackle any challenge our clients bring to us.
Today, we are more than 2,700 professionals strong, with a presence in 25 cities across Spain, as well as Portugal, the USA, Colombia, and Ecuador.
And this is just the beginning
Your mission will be to keep the museum's exhibitions running every day: system start-up and shutdown, inspection rounds, first-level troubleshooting, minor repairs and equipment swaps, event support, and coordination with the Monday AV/IT specialist and with Nunsys remote support.
What you will do:
- Daily start-up, check and shutdown rounds of displays, projectors, audio, media players and control systems.
- First-level diagnosis and resolution of incidents on the exhibition floor; escalation to the AV/IT specialist or to remote support when needed.
- Scheduled preventive maintenance: technical cleaning, filters, lamps, updates and tests.
- Equipment and consumables replacement and spare parts stock control.
- Ticket and intervention logging in the client's tool (GLPI) and a monthly report to the Project Manager.
- Technical support for installations, temporary exhibitions and museum events.
- Compliance with the European Parliament's security and access rules.
What you need
- At least 5 years maintaining AV/IT installations of museum exhibitions (minimum 2 exhibitions).
- Hands-on command of projection, displays, audio, matrices, media players (BrightSign or similar) and basic networking.
- Professional English (B2 or higher); French or Dutch are a plus.
- Based in or around Brussels, with the right to work in Belgium.
- Willing to undergo the European Parliament security screening (DG SAFE).
- Autonomous, organised and at ease with museum staff.
Nice to have
- Control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS) and networking (VLAN, switching).
- Basic electrical or electronics skills; manufacturer certifications.
- Ticketing or CMMS tools.
- Experience in EU institutions or Brussels museums; driving licence B.
