What will you be doing?
As Production Manager, you are the beating heart of our bakery production. You're responsible for the daily organization and management of the production process, from preparation to finished product. Your job is to keep production running smoothly, with an eye for quality and efficiency.
- Leading, motivating, and coaching the production team
- Coordinating the production planning and ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitoring quality standards and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Identifying and resolving issues within the production process
- Working together with the owners to implement improvements
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience in a bakery environment or similar production environment
- You have leadership skills and can motivate a team
- You handle pressure well, are flexible, and think in terms of solutions
- You have knowledge of HACCP standards, or are willing to learn
- You enjoy working as part of a team, but are also strong working independently
