Fortrea is seeking an Executive Director of Project Management (RWE & Phase IV Studies) to lead a global team responsible for operational delivery, financial performance, quality outcomes and client satisfaction across the RWE and Phase IV portfolio. You will report to the VP of RWE and Phase IV Studies and drive growth and profitability while building a high‑performing organization.
The role requires strategic resourcing, pricing discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration with Proposals,
