Verity is redefining how utilities manage energy data with near real-time rating and metering solutions. As Head of Customer Delivery, you will own onboarding, delivery, and support, leading a cross-functional Enable team in Belgium and India, with a full P&L view and a strategic push toward self-service platforms.
You will lead key projects, shape the platform roadmap, and partner closely with engineering and product to scale services while maintaining profitability and high client satisfaction.
