IMEC in Leuven, Belgium is seeking an experienced III-V Active Photonic Device Expert to drive design and validation of high-speed electro-absorption modulators integrated with silicon-photonics.
You will combine semiconductor physics, device modelling, and fabrication-aware optimisation, collaborating across epitaxy, integration, and characterization to translate concepts into validated platform solutions.
