To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a dynamic accountant with solid experience If you're passionate about numbers and want to play a key role in Portima's financial management, you're the person we're looking for
Mission:
Working alongside the team leader accounting, who specializes in taxation, process and follow up on the various accounting operations related to clients and suppliers. The goal is to ensure an efficient and correct payment process and to provide a solid basis for the underlying accounting processes and for drafting financial reports for Portima's management.
In practice:
- Execute reporting via Power BI & Excel
- Follow-up of analytical accounting
- Preparation and execution of closing transactions
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of tax returns
- Preparation of balance sheets and interim financial statements
- Prepare and coordinate the quarterly forecast, including variance analysis against the approved budget
- Prepare and coordinate the annual budget process and update the three-year rolling plan
- Preparation of the annual and interim external financial audit
Profile sought:
- Degree in accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on management & budgets
- FR/NL with excellent command of the second language. Knowledge of English is a plus
