Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an AIQ Lead for CAR-T Ghent, guiding the Analytical Instrument Qualification team in labs and projects. You will ensure instruments stay compliant, qualified, and fit for use while driving portfolio performance.
You will lead a multidisciplinary group, manage priorities, and partner with Operations, QC, QA, and Engineering to deliver on time with high quality, supporting regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
