As a Credit Analyst, you will efficiently analyze the feasibility of a loan application in terms of the borrowers’ creditworthiness and the lending criteria of the relevant lending institution. You will serve as the point of contact for the co‑broker and the credit companies and ensure the preparation, processing, management, and settlement of the loans.

What does this mean in practice?

  • Completing and entering files into the management systems.
  • Tracking files from approval through to the notary deed.
  • Communicating with the real estate agent regarding individual file handling (by phone, email, etc.).
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of protocols and procedures.
  • Timely processing of new applications (within 48 hours).
  • Accurate and complete data processing to ensure the quality of applications meets acceptance criteria.
  • Timely response to individual inquiries from real‑estate agents and clients (within 48 hours).
  • Handling the file in accordance with the relevant company’s procedures.
  • Follow‑up on the reminder procedure.
  • Serve as the point of contact for partner companies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration with at least 3–5 years of experience in the field, or a master’s degree.
  • Fluency in Dutch and good knowledge of French.
  • Strong team player but capable of making decisions independently.
  • Solution‑oriented thinking and acting.
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication skills with both colleagues and real‑estate agents.
