Director Private Banking House – Knokke
Day in the life of a Director of a Private Banking House.
Responsibilities
- Coach a local team of around 6 private bankers.
- Represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.
- Steer synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents, statutory agents, and personal banking.
- Take responsibility for the commercial performance of your team.
- Manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the team’s results.
- Contribute to the new growth strategy of Private Banking.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Strong anchorage in local life and a passion for building new relationships to create business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Result‑oriented with a strong commercial drive.
- Change mindset and adaptability.
- Proficient in Dutch; good knowledge of French and English.
- Experience in private banking and the ability to develop into an even more effective leader.
