We're working with an established organisation currently investing heavily in its digital platforms and customer-facing applications. They're looking for an experienced Frontend / Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative Agile team building modern, scalable solutions used by a large end-user base.
This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, contribute to technical decision-making, and help shape high-quality digital experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining modern web applications
- Building engaging and responsive user interfaces using contemporary frontend technologies
- Collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders and fellow engineers
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Contributing to architectural discussions and technical improvements
- Ensuring performance, security and reliability across applications
- Supporting integrations with backend systems, APIs and third-party services
- Promoting engineering best practices within an Agile environment
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience working across both frontend and backend technologies
- Solid understanding of APIs, web services and system integrations
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Knowledge of software design principles and scalable application development
- Comfortable working in Agile teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in complex enterprise environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
- Understanding of application security and performance optimisation
- Experience working on customer-facing digital products
