As a Technology Risk Analyst, you will be at the intersection of business and technology. You will support organizations in understanding and managing technology-related risks, while gaining hands‑on experience in IT audits, certifications, digital trust and emerging technologies. Together with experienced professionals, you will help clients strengthen their governance, risk and compliance frameworks and build confidence in an increasingly digital world.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assess the reliability and security of the technology environments that support companies’ financial reporting and business operations.
• Perform IT audits as part of financial statement audits, focusing on areas such as access management, change management, IT operations, cybersecurity, and automated business controls.
• Gain hands‑on experience with leading technologies and ERP platforms, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and cloud environments.
• Interview client stakeholders, analyse processes, review system configurations, and test key controls to understand how technology risks are managed.
• Use data analytics, AI, and audit technologies to identify anomalies, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support technology assurance, certification, and attestation engagements, including ISAE, SOC, ISO, and regulatory compliance assessments.
• Help clients address emerging challenges related to cybersecurity, digital resilience, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and evolving regulations such as NIS2, DORA, and CSRD.
• Work closely with colleagues and clients to translate technical findings into clear, practical, and business‑focused recommendations.
• Build your technical, analytical, and consulting skills through continuous learning, coaching, and exposure to a broad range of industries.
• Your first years will provide a strong foundation in IT auditing and technology assurance, while gradually exposing you to broader technology risk, compliance, certification, and advisory engagements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Commercial Sciences, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, cyber security, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and technology risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with data and technology and eager to learn how technology supports business processes and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with data analytics, scripting, automation, or AI‑enabled tools is considered a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance productivity, analysis, and research.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, or related certifications is considered a plus.
• Team player with a curious mindset, strong sense of ownership, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Thrives in a dynamic, international, and multidisciplinary environment.
• Available to start in September 2027.
