Our client is looking for a Senior GMP Project Manager to help define an end to end Grade D flow within a regulated manufacturing environment. The initial focus is on process mapping, stakeholder interviews and bringing the right people together to establish a clear approach. You will translate different stakeholder perspectives into a structured and presentable project direction while considering GMP requirements, higher design criteria and material flows into cleanroom environments.

Key responsibilities

• Process mapping: Map the current and future end to end Grade D processes
• Stakeholder interviews: Gather requirements, concerns and operational input from relevant stakeholders
• Project preparation: Structure the project scope, approach and required next steps
• GMP alignment: Ensure process discussions consider applicable GMP requirements and design criteria
• Material flows: Support the definition of appropriate material flows into cleanroom environments
• Stakeholder coordination: Bring different functions together and create alignment around the proposed approach
• Management communication: Translate findings into clear and presentable materials for senior management
• Project management: Maintain structure, ownership and momentum throughout the preparation phase
• Influencing: Build support across stakeholders without relying on formal authority

Required competences & skills

• GMP experience: Strong understanding of working within regulated GMP environments
• Project management: Proven ability to structure and coordinate complex projects
• Process mapping: Experience analysing and visualising end to end operational processes
• Stakeholder management: Confident engaging different functions and facilitating stakeholder interviews
• Communication: Able to translate complex information into clear management level presentations
• Seniority: Able to work independently and communicate effectively with senior management
• Cleanroom knowledge: Knowledge of material flows into cleanroom environments is a must
