• You advise customers on various credit options, with a focus on personal loans such as home loans.
• You maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• You manage and track the administrative status of pending applications and credit files.
• You are willing to expand your knowledge; experience with investment loans is a plus, but not required.
• You ensure that customers are well-informed about their credit options and guide them through the entire process.

• Has relevant experience with home loans; experience with investment loans is a plus.
• Has earned at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Lives in the Kalmthout area.
• Speaks Dutch fluently.
• Has strong business acumen and enjoys direct contact with customers.
• Works with an eye for detail and accuracy.
