Ocean Hotel General Manager — Lead Star Service Aboard

Viking is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the Hotel Operation aboard our ocean vessels. You will set standards across the Hotel Department Heads, ensuring service excellence in line with Viking’s STAR Service Standard, reporting to Director Hotel Operations.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 5+ years as a Hotel GM, strong cost and revenue focus, shipboard experience, financial acumen and fluency in English. Travel to/from ships is provided.
