Stryker Belgium & Luxembourg seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of ~8 sales professionals and drive Trauma business growth across the region. You will execute the commercial strategy, forecast accurately, and build strong customer partnerships.
The role requires 5+ years in sales/marketing with leadership, fluency in English and Dutch or French, and a valid driver’s license to travel regionally. You will develop talent and uphold Stryker's values in a fast-paced environment.
