We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to contribute to a major HR digital transformation initiative.
What you'll be doing
- Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Support the implementation and configuration of Learning, Skills & Mentoring functionalities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Perform process and gap analysis
- Design functional workflows and HR processes
- Work closely with HR, business and technical stakeholders
- Support functional testing, validation and troubleshooting
- Help drive successful adoption of the new HR platform
What we’re looking for
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar
- Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and configuration
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and HR information systems
- Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional design
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
Strong advantages
- Oracle Learning Cloud experience
- Skills and/or Mentoring module experience
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Experience with HRIS migration or transformation projects
