Commissioning Supervisor - Process
Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on Process Commissioning & Start-Up experience within petrochemical, ethylene/olefins, refinery, Oil & Gas or comparable process facilities
- Demonstrable experience with actual plant start-ups and taking process systems from Mechanical Completion through to Operations handover
- Strong knowledge of P&IDs, process systems, system boundaries, commissioning procedures, punch listing and PTW, LOTO and SIMOPS requirements
- Good command of English; previous experience with ethylene/olefins plants, steam crackers or major greenfield petrochemical start-ups is a strong advantage
Highly Preferred Experience
Candidates with previous commissioning experience in one or more of the following are particularly relevant:
- Ethylene / Olefins plants
- Ethane or naphtha steam crackers
- Cracking furnaces and associated process systems
- Hot Section / Quench systems
- Cold Section / Compression and Separation
- Process gas compression
- Steam and condensate systems
- Hydrocarbon introduction and initial feed
- Process utilities supporting cracker start-up
- Large greenfield petrochemical start-ups
