Product Designer

Karomia is building a radically different approach to sustainability intelligence. We transform manual compliance processes into AI-powered workflows. Organizations use us to understand sustainability data, generate insights, and report across frameworks. Without the traditional setup marathons.

Our headquarters are at Wintercircus in Ghent, Belgium's most dynamic tech hub.

We're looking for a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of great design and cutting-edge technology. Someone who gets excited about AI, loves solving complex problems, and wants to shape how sustainability software is built.

You'll design AI-powered workflows that feel intuitive. But this goes beyond traditional product design. You'll also help build our design system of the future, setting up AI-assisted processes (think Claude Code) to automate efficiently and ship at velocity.
