We're looking for a senior IT project manager to lead Salesforce/CRM transformation, integration and data migration from initiation to operational handover.
What you'll do
- Manage scope, budgets, schedules, quality, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Oversee configuration, customisation, testing, deployment and operational handover.
- Align CRM processes with enterprise architecture.
- Report progress and escalate delivery issues.
What you bring
- At least 10 years in IT project management.
- At least 5 years delivering Salesforce/CRM projects, including two significant implementations, migrations or transformations.
- Salesforce architecture, cloud, API/middleware and systems integration.
- Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills in complex matrix environments.
- Business and IT understanding.
- English (B2), French (C1), Dutch (B1).
Nice to have
- Public-sector experience.
- ITIL.
- PMI/Prince 2 certification.
- Salesforce certification.
