What You’ll Do

  • Analyse corporate governance and financial disclosures of publicly listed Polish companies
  • Review company documents such as: …
  • Apply well‑defined governance guidelines and policies to assess companies and produce clear, structured research reports
  • Produce high‑quality research reports and vote recommendations used by global institutional investors
  • Respond to internal and external questions by explaining governance topics clearly and objectively
  • Engage with companies and investor stakeholders on governance‑related questions
  • Contribute written insights and commentary to ISS Governance publications
  • Build deep expertise in corporate governance, capital markets, and shareholder issues in Poland, while working closely with international colleagues

Who We’re Looking For

  • Have a genuine curiosity about how companies are governed, supervised, and held accountable.
  • Are comfortable reading, analysing, and summarising complex documents.
  • Can explain technical or regulatory topics clearly to non‑specialist audiences.
  • Enjoy research, analysis, and structured decision‑making.
  • Are detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently within clear guidelines.

What You Bring

  • A strong interest in capital markets, publicly listed companies, and market disclosure.
  • An understanding of corporate governance concepts (e.g. board structures, shareholder rights, oversight mechanisms), gained through education, professional experience, or market exposure.
  • Familiarity with Polish market practices, standards, or regulatory frameworks relevant to listed companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
  • A law degree obtained in Poland is highly preferred.
  • A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines—particularly during AGM season.
