Our client is looking for an “Internal Insurance Team Support Specialist” to join the team In this role, you’ll assist with contract management, maintain contact with insurers, and ensure efficient information sharing within the team. - You will support the team in your area of expertise (Corporate / Private Clients / Claims) with various administrative tasks.
- You will be responsible for the administrative processing related to contract management.
- You will maintain direct contact with insurers and your team members, but you will not have direct contact with clients.
- You will be mentored by your team leader, who will ensure your professional development and help you broaden your knowledge.
- You ensure that important information is communicated effectively within the team so that the workload is distributed evenly.
- You distribute incoming mail and emails relevant to your field.
- You organize documents in the central management system, BRIO.
- You will assist with contract management with partner insurers, following the Client Advisor’s guidelines.
- You prepare documents for sending to the client. These documents are approved in advance by the Client Advisor, who then sends them to the client or the insurance company.
- You conduct market research (requests for and full management of quotes) with auto insurers and for fire insurance policies involving simple risks and other matters (such as private individuals).
- You prepare insurance certificates with insurance companies and arrange for duplicates of payment receipts.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a relevant degree or equivalent work experience in the industry.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses strong digital and analytical thinking skills.
- Preferably speaks a second language, such as French or Dutch.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility.
- Is proactive, self-reliant, and has well-developed problem-solving skills.
- Has a team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
