Ometa BVBA is seeking a Backoffice & Project Coordinator for a six‑month contract, based in Wommelgem. The role blends event coordination, CRM updates, back-office optimization, digitization, content support and office operations, with an eye to automation and AI tools.
You will lead or support cross‑functional projects, map history and milestones for the 25th anniversary in 2027, and help renew internal processes while delivering practical hands‑on support.
