Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an Afterhours Driver Support Specialist based in Belgium. In a fully remote setting you will act as the primary night-shift contact for drivers, helping resolve operational issues and keep shipments moving.
You will collaborate with dispatchers, brokers and drivers, use a Transportation Management System to retrieve shipment details, and document resolutions thoroughly.
