Join TUI Group as a Customer Support Agent in Belgium. You will be the welcoming face for travelers, assisting during baggage check-in and boarding and resolving issues during delays. You will also handle inquiries, mail, and promotional material logistics.
The role requires fluency in Dutch, French, and English, a customer-friendly approach, and full familiarity with MS Office. Part-time availability with weekend and holiday shifts is expected.
