Then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. We're looking for a Pharmacy Advisor to strengthen our team in Wallonia. In this field-based role, you'll partner with pharmacists and pharmacy teams to promote our portfolio of trusted consumer healthcare brands through scientific education, product expertise and best‑in‑class in‑store execution.
As a Pharmacy Advisor, you are the scientific and educational partner for pharmacies within your territory. Through peer-to-peer conversations, you help pharmacists and their teams understand the benefits of our products, enabling them to confidently recommend the right solutions to consumers. Working closely with the Selling In Representative, you focus on scientific detailing, pharmacy staff training and retail excellence, while your colleague manages the commercial relationship and ordering activities.
What you'll be doing :
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners and pharmacy assistants.
- Deliver engaging scientific product presentations and educational discussions.
- Organise learning sessions and product training for pharmacy teams.
- Drive product recommendation by highlighting product features, benefits and points of differentiation.
- Ensure excellent in‑store execution, including product availability, shelf visibility, merchandising and promotional implementation.
- Analyse territory performance and identify opportunities to grow categories and brands.
- Accurately document customer interactions and activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies and local healthcare regulations.

Profiel
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Medicine or another life sciences discipline.
- A degree in Business, Marketing or Economics is also considered.
