We're looking for a senior IT and cyber control and compliance officer to develop, implement and maintain ICT controls. You'll help demonstrate regulatory compliance and update the processes and procedures supporting information security.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy ICT controls aligned with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate control execution across teams and external resources.
- Check control evidence for completeness and adequacy.
- Test control effectiveness and advise on remediation.
- Report control results to management, stakeholders and internal audit.
- Track remediation actions.
What you bring
- At least five years of experience in information security, IT process controls management and IT/security controls.
- Knowledge of IT/security procedures, internal security control standards, regulatory requirements, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS and ANSSI.
- Experience with metrics definition and dashboarding.
- Experience designing and implementing ICT process controls.
- Understanding of end-to-end ICT process flows and control needs.
- Ability to explain the importance of ICT controls to business stakeholders.
- Experience drafting reports and memos, and presenting to senior management.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and clear, concise writing.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- A master's degree in IT or science, or an engineering degree, with a strong ICT control background. Equivalent experience or ICT audit/control certification also qualifies.
- French, C1 (spoken and written).
- English, C1 (spoken and written), with excellent writing skills.
Nice to have
- Project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Certifications in the ISO27k series, CISA or CISSP.
- Banking experience.
- Dutch, B2 (spoken and written).
