Overview
Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer to join a team responsible for the implementation, maintenance, support, and administration of the network infrastructure across the head office and approximately 100 remote sites.
Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and administer the organization network infrastructure, including network hardware, servers, PCs, printers, peripherals, and foundational software.
- Support the helpdesk on complex technical issues and provide advanced assistance to end users.
- Monitor system performance, conduct tuning activities, and ensure the stability and reliability of all network and server environments.
- Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation to guarantee operational continuity.
- Collaborate with software development teams and intervene on existing applications when needed.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and helping them develop technical skills.
- Analyze technical needs and contribute to the design, documentation, and implementation of new technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, resilience, and scalability of the IT infrastructure across all sites.
- Stay up to date with relevant technologies and propose improvements to enhance the IT landscape.
