Zaventem, Vlaams-Brabant, Belgique Stefanini EMEA Temps plein 29 000 € - 42 000 € Contrat

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Helpdesk Supporter for our 6-month-project in the pharmaceutical industry, based onsite at our Zaventem office. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in preparing and installing IT equipment for clinical studies, working closely with global operational teams, vendors, and clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee client project provisioning and logistics;
  • Assess mobile computing needs for clinical systems;
  • Provide procurement support and manage vendor relationships;
  • Evaluate shipping options and handle documentation;
  • Communicate project status and manage resources;
  • Create and update project work plans;
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and project standards;
  • Identify and resolve provisioning issues;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Assist in project design, testing, and documentation;
  • Mentor staff and support business development efforts;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, service delivery, and mobile computing;
  • Experience in logistics and telecommunications;
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and respect;
  • Experience with global project rollouts;
  • Strong technical proficiency and vendor management experience;
  • Preferred knowledge of software development and testing;
  • Familiarity with cross-functional project management and IT applications;
  • Skilled in technical planning and building consensus;
  • Effective communication with senior management and direct reports;
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
