What you will do

You will be responsible for the successful rollout of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 projects within a Belgian public‑sector organisation. Your responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of project objectives and ensuring that risks and issues are managed or escalated appropriately and clearly
  • Communicating with and managing stakeholders, including business departments and reception centres
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of the organisation, its expectations and its needs
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, and facilitating decision‑making with stakeholders
  • Supporting operational teams during the training and coaching process
  • Representing the project in line with the client's culture, ensuring that objectives around quality, transparency, auditability and cost‑efficiency are met
  • Working hands‑on and diving into detail when necessary
