As Supply Chain & S&OP Planner, you are the engine behind our flow and supply resilience: you make sure orders get booked, produced and shipped — and that supply keeps up. You own the monthly S&OP cycle and the daily order flow, and you are the point of contact for both suppliers and customers on everything related to planning and delivery. You report to the COO.
S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Translate demand and supply into a feasible day-to-day and weekly production plan per location, with OTIF (On Time In Full) as the leading KPI
- Own and maintain ERP master data (items, BOMs, lead times, stock parameters)
- Handle order intake: register, confirm and follow up customer orders from booking to shipment
- Create quotations for customers, aligned with sales, and follow them through to order
- Act as the operational point of contact for customers: communicate proactively on delivery dates, order status and any deviations
- Support the RMA (returns) process by routing return shipments and coordinating the logistics
- Maintain day-to-day contact with suppliers and our EMS manufacturing partner on orders, lead times and priorities
- Place and monitor purchase orders and escalates in time on delays or allocation issues
Critical components & supply risk
- Maintain the living critical-components list and monitor lead-time, allocation and end-of-life (EOL) risk
- Translate these risks into a supply-risk index that feeds the supply review
- Contribute to dual sourcing: help qualify second sources together with PLM, R&D and the EMS partner (via the PCRP change process)
- Build strategic buffers and organise last-time-buys for components being phased out
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent through experience
- Experience in production planning, S&OP or supply chain in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent with ERP systems and strong in Excel/data analysis; you like your master data clean
- Strong communicator: you switch easily between customers, suppliers, production and sales
- Structured, hands-on and calm under pressure; you keep the overview when priorities shift
- You work efficiently and are not afraid to embrace new tools such as AI to optimise your workflow
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience in an electronics or high-tech manufacturing environment
- A key role in the relaunch of a European pioneer in EV charging, with direct impact on customer satisfaction and delivery reliability
- A lean organisation with short decision lines, reporting directly to the COO
- The opportunity to shape and build out the S&OP process
- A competitive salary package in line with your experience
