Hungarian Market Junior Account Manager

Your role

As aJunior Account Manager for the Hungarian market, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to theDelta Group’sEuropean growth story.

We’re looking for someone with astrong connection to Hungarythrough language, culture or professional background, ensuring smooth communication and long-term relationships with our customers and partners.

Familiarity with the Hungarian pharmaceutical market is an advantage, though not a requirement.

You’ll get to know the hospital and pharma world from the inside out, develop your commercial and analytical skills, and gradually grow into a full-fledged Account Manager role.

You’ll work in an international environment, closely collaborating with colleagues from different countries, and will have plenty of room to take responsibility and deliver measurable results. You will work 90% inhouse from our offices in Bilzen.

Your responsibilities

• Buildstrong, long-term relationshipswith wholesale and their paharmaceutical buyers in Hungary
• Analyse the market and identifygrowth opportunitiesusing our master tracker
• Proactivelyreach out to existing and new customers to introduce our RX pharmaceuticals
• Negotiate offersand follow up on all steps from initial contact to final order
• Maintain dailycommunicationwith clients (email, phone, online meetings) and visit them several times per year
• Represent Delta Group atinternational trade fairsand events (3–4 times per year)
• Ensureaccurate administrative follow-upand report to the Commercial Operations Manager
• Collaborate closely with our enthusiastic team of Account Managers toward one goal:growth, customer satisfaction and strong results

Your profile

• You hold abachelor’s degreein economics, business, or IT – or equivalent through experience
• You are anative Hungarian speaker(or equivalent through study/experience), preferably with Hunagrian roots or professional ties to Hungary and you communicate fluently in English. Knowledge ofDutchis an asset
• You have astrong analytical mindsetand can easily translate data into commercial insights
• You aredigitally savvy, with solid skills in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools
• You aredriven, eager to learn, and results-oriented– someone with a hunger to grow in a company that tracks performance closely and rewards impact
• You arecommercially minded and communicative, with a natural flair for building relationships
• Preferably, you already have some initial commercial experience, butmotivated young talentswith potential are equally welcome
