As a Head Technician, Senior Mechanic or Technical Coordinator, you combine hands‑on technical expertise with the daily coordination of a small team. Your main focus is diagnosing and resolving technical issues on heavy equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Perform assembly, disassembly and modification work on machines.
- Carry out machine inspections and functional checks.
- Support machine testing, commissioning and validation activities.
- Prepare technical reports and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Coordinate daily work planning and priorities for two mechanics.
- Perform quality inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.
