Jobgether SRL (partner company) is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) based in Belgium. This remote role guides patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment, from purchase to telehealth scheduling and impression kit completion.
You will manage 100+ patients, handle inquiries via phone, SMS, and email, and coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales and manufacturing teams.
