We are looking for a Functional Odoo Consultant with strong expertise across multiple core Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, and Contacts. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical delivery, working closely with clients, developers, and other consultants to deliver high-impact Odoo implementations and optimizations.
About the role
In this role, you will:
- Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo functionality
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules to meet customer requirements
- Deliver functional support and training to end-users
- Work closely with developers to translate functional specs into technical tasks
- Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions within the Odoo ecosystem
- Lead and document testing, training, and deployment processes
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support
About you (Hard Skills - Technical & Functional Knowledge)
Completed a Bachelor or Master Study in the field of computer science, economics or similar
- Basic understanding of project management and the tools to manage this.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Client-oriented with the ability to deal with expectations
- Thrives on knowledge or training regarding a new software package

- Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning
- Fluent in Dutch, English (other languages are a plus)
