We're looking for a senior business analyst to support the gradual renewal of a case-management application. You'll connect process improvements, data modelling and user stories, with a focus on growing case volumes and a machine learning project for targeted quality checks.
What you'll do
- Optimise business processes for growing case volumes.
- Build data models for application renewal.
- Translate epics and features into user stories.
- Support gradual replacement of existing application functionality.
- Support a machine learning project for targeted quality checks.
What you bring
- Eight years of experience in business operations applied to ICT, at expert level.
- At least three years of experience as a business analyst.
- Experience developing and optimising processes using business process management (BPM).
- Practical experience building data models.
- Experience translating epics and features into user stories.
- Practical experience with PowerBI.
- At least two years of project management experience.
- Dutch, C2 (CEFR).
Nice to have
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Project management knowledge covering costs, timing, coordination, planning and estimates.
- Experience working as a data analyst.
- Public-sector experience.
- Experience with agile development.
- Experience with Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with data governance and master data management.
- Practical experience with SQL.
