FMA Services in Mortsel is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. This hybrid role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational projects across petrochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors.
You will source, screen, and coordinate applicants, manage the application process, and build a qualified candidate pool. Dutch and English proficiency is required, with a Bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred.
