Technical Advisor – Fire and Intrusion Security

Tasks and Responsibilities

In this varied and independent role, you will be responsible for advising, supporting, and sharing information with customers in the fields of fire detection and intrusion security. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising, supporting, and guiding customers through technical issues, including over the phone.
• Providing on-site project support and guidance.
• Supporting Sales Managers with customers’ technical questions.
• Delivering presentations and training sessions to groups of installation engineers.
• Sharing information and knowledge about new developments and trends in the market.

What Are We Looking For?

• You have extensive and proven experience in a technical environment, with a focus on security systems.
• You have technical knowledge of security systems and network environments.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and French.
• You are customer-focused and quality-driven, with strong empathy and the ability to understand customer needs and provide the right solutions.
