What You’ll Be Rockin’ Every Day

• Master the art of anodizing aerospace parts using Chromic Acid Anodizing (CAA) and Boric-Sulfuric Acid Anodizing (BSAA).
• Load, operate, and monitor high-tech anodizing lines and equipment—hoists, tanks, racks—you name it.
• Team up with lab pros and quality inspectors to make sure every part passes with flying colors.
• Keep the chemical process balanced by monitoring tank chemistry, electrical currents, and temperatures.
• Own the safety game by wearing PPE and following all acid‑handling rules.

What You Bring To The Table

• High School Diploma or GED (bonus points for technical training in chemical processing or manufacturing).
• 2‑4 years of experience in anodizing, chemical processing, or metal finishing.
• Sharp attention to detail and passion for quality that ensures every piece meets aerospace specs.
• Comfortable working in a team and following technical instructions.
• Ready to handle lifting, moving, and wearing safety gear.
