DW Akademie is seeking a Program Director for its Windhoek office, starting 1 February 2027 or as soon as possible. The role leads media development work in Namibia and Southern Africa, guiding strategy, operations, and partner engagement.
You will oversee project monitoring, budgeting, and compliance with BMZ and EU requirements, represent the organization with external stakeholders, and coordinate with donors while traveling regularly within the region and to Germany.
