Vlaams Instituut voor Biotechnologie (VIB) is seeking a Support Engineer to join the Support & Operations team in Ghent. You will be first point of contact for ICT questions, incidents and requests, helping colleagues with daily work and ensuring a positive user experience.
You’ll resolve issues, guide users in standard tools, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement within a collaborative ICT service environment.
