BWC is looking for an Process Owner Service for its clients in Brussels, Belgium. It's a full-time permanent contract with BWC. Freelance can also apply.
Job Type : Hybrid:- 50% Onsite + 50% Teleworking in Belgium.
- Language: Strong professional English with Knowledge of Dutch or/AND French
- Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in a Delivery Enablement, Transformation Office or similar function focused on implementing and operationalizing ways of working.
- Demonstrated ability to structure, maintain and continuously improve standards, methods, procedures and governance repositories.
- Proven experience translating strategic initiatives and concepts into practical processes, standards, methods, templates, workflows and operational assets.
- Hands-on experience implementing and improving delivery governance, operating models, enterprise ways of working.
- Experience working in Agile and scaled delivery environments in roles such as Agile Lead, RTE, Delivery Lead.
- Transform ambiguity into actionable deliverables and clear next steps.
- Produce high-quality operational documentation including standards, procedures, playbooks, templates, policies, process flows, decision frameworks and governance materials.
- Drive topics to closure by following up actions, dependencies and decisions with stakeholders. Identify gaps, overlaps, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities across existing ways of working.
- Balance standardization and governance requirements with operational pragmatism and adoption realities.
- Combine strategic understanding with strong operational execution.
- Challenge constructively while remaining pragmatic and solution oriented.
- Communicate complex governance and delivery topics in a simple and accessible manner.
- Focus on value, usability and adoption rather than theoretical framework compliance. Produce concise, actionable and usable outputs.
